Refunds

LanguageBench products are digital content supplied for immediate access. When you expressly agree to receive your purchase immediately and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, your 14-day right to cancel ends once access to the digital content begins.

We therefore do not normally offer refunds for change-of-mind requests after access has been provided.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your digital content is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or you experience a genuine problem accessing it, please contact us at sales@languagebench.com. We will work to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
